Starwood selling three country house hotels for £60m

Christie & Co is marketing the properties (Horwood Estate, Staverton Estate and Cranage Estate), currently owned by Starwood Capital, to be purchased individually or as a group.

All are available free of brand and management, which should increase the scope for re-branding the offering at each hotel.

Starwood Capital has put three of its De Vere properties – Horwood Estate, Staverton Estate and Cranage Estate – up for sale for £60m.
